College Sports: For 16 years I taught at a major university and loved having student-athletes in my class. The athletic department had an excellent academic accountability system in place for my student-athletes, which helped them keep up with their assignments and get the tutoring they needed. I enjoyed attending many of their games and meets over the years. However, if I have a life-long Division 1 school I love to cheer for, it’d be the Florida Gators. Most of my high school friends with whom I graduated attended the University of Florida. Go Gators!
